Their are five
different TalkTrap service plans available in two
basic levels of service.
The TalkTrap Basic
service includes the ability for the user to
customize their TalkTrap submission page, receive
and view listener feedback on a realtime basis,
clear all feedback from the feedback viewer, and
manage all account and user details.
The TalkTrap Pro
services includes everything that the Basic service
offers and more. Advanced features included in Pro
plans include:
- The ability to
ban and un-ban listeners from the feedback
system based on IP address
- Post flagging,
which "sticks" a post to the top of the Feedback
Viewer universally across users
- Instant post
emailing to any email address for later
reference or as a reminder
- Individual
post deletion
- Detailed
reporting on posts received for the month (even
if cleared from viewing)
- The ability to
purchase custom account add-ons and
modifications (additional users, faster refresh
rates)
